Ina-Garten

Ina Garten, an American author of cookery books and Emmy Award-winning host for Food Network's oldest program Barefoot Contessa which began broadcasting in 2002 and will run for 27 seasons till 2020. Ina started writing policy and nuclear energy documents in the White House. Although she initially found it intellectually stimulating she eventually stopped her interest. She then bought the Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food retailer. The store was very successful for 18 years before she decided to sell it. She then began her first cookbook. Several other books and newspaper articles were published. She also appeared on the Food Network TV show also was launched which was an enormous hit. She sells many items, from the ingredients needed for cooking, to kitchenware and storage. Ina, who is self-taught and has not attended the culinary institute or at an establishment. Her name is ascribed to her straightforward approach to cooking and effortless approach to entertainment. Some of her most popular recipes are Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac and Cheese Beef Bourguignon Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Lemon Bars.
